Timber for hotels and resorts, anywhere in the world
Glulam structures, prefabricated pavilions and villas, decking, cladding and marine timber, supplied to your site with engineering and supervision if you need it.

Resorts are built in some of the hardest places for timber.
Salt air, high humidity, strong sun and termites, often on islands with one shipping route in. Getting the material wrong is expensive to fix. We help you get it right the first time.
A single resort can need glulam for the lobby, pavilions for the spa, hardwood decking around the pools, cladding for the villas and marine timber for the jetty.
Often from mills in different countries. We bring them together into one coordinated supply programme, with one point of contact and deliveries planned around your construction programme.
We work with resort developers, hotel owners and operators, asset managers, architects, project managers and contractors. We supply projects worldwide from our partner mills in Malaysia, Indonesia and Africa, and from Australia and New Zealand.

How we work
One partner from design to site
- We understand the design, the site and the exposure.
- We assist with the timber engineering through our partners, if required.
- We choose the species and treatment for the climate, and check the mill.
- Members are cut, drilled and labelled to your drawings before shipping.
- We ship to your nearest port or to site, with full documents.
- We can supervise installation on site, anywhere in the world.

Coastal and tropical sites

Hospitality project FAQs
Which countries do you supply?
Anywhere with a port. We ship directly from the mill to your nearest port, so timber made in Malaysia, for example, goes straight to your project without passing through Australia.
Can you work from our architect’s drawings?
Yes. Send the drawings or a cutting list. Through our timber engineering partners we can also help with the engineering and shop drawings. Approvals stay with you and your designer.
Who installs the timber on site?
Your own contractor. If you want support, we can supervise installation on site, anywhere in the world.
How long does it take?
Typically 4 to 8 weeks from confirmed order to your port, depending on requirements. Custom glulam and prefabricated structures depend on the design and can take longer, so we confirm the programme with the quote.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit on order confirmation, with the balance against shipping documents, quoted FOB, CFR or CIF. See our terms of trade.
Planning a resort or hotel project?
Tell us where it is, what you are building and when. Drawings or a timber schedule help, but are not needed to start. We reply within two working days.
