Prefabricated timber structures
Pavilions to villas, made off site and shipped ready for your builder to assemble.

Building off site saves time where labour is scarce, sites are remote or weather delays are costly.
From a garden pavilion to a full resort villa, each structure is cut, drilled and packed for assembly.

Why prefabricate
Faster on site
Every member is machined in a factory to tight tolerances, numbered and packed in build order. Your builder assembles the frame from a set of drawings instead of cutting timber on site. You get fewer offcuts, fewer mistakes and a shorter programme.
We look after the supply chain: manufacture, packing, shipping and documents. Through our timber engineering partners, we can also help with the timber engineering and drawings. Council and authority approvals stay with you and your designer.
Your own builder or contractor can assemble the structure, or we can provide project supervision and timber installation supervision on site, anywhere in the world.
Pavilions and pergolas
Open structures for resorts, restaurants and gardens.
Cabins and villas
Enclosed timber-frame buildings with roof and wall systems.
Modular accommodation
Repeatable units for staff villages, camps and glamping.

Prefabricated timber structure FAQs
Can you work from our drawings?
Yes. We can build from your drawings, or propose a design from a short brief. Through our timber engineering partners, we can also help with the timber engineering and shop drawings.
What timber are the structures made from?
Frames are usually hardwood glulam posts and beams, with decking, cladding and roof framing chosen to suit the building and its exposure. We confirm the species and specification with your quote.
Who handles approvals?
Council and authority approvals stay with you and your designer. We do not obtain approvals, but we supply the technical data and, through our timber engineering partners, the timber engineering your certifier needs.
Who installs the structure?
Your own builder or contractor installs it. If you want support, we can provide project supervision and timber installation supervision on site, anywhere in the world.
Can you deliver to remote sites?
We deliver to your nearest port, or to site where it can be arranged. Your freight forwarder or builder can then truck the packs to site, and we pack them in build order to make that easier.
